About The Valley's Law Firm | Founded in 1995
Kapetan and Kapetan was founded in 1995, by former Deputy District Attorneys Peter N. Kapetan and Jon N. Kapetan. With the addition of Marc N. Kapetan in 1996, the partnership of brothers was complete.
The firm quickly became known as one of the Central Valley's most respected law firms, not only for their trustworthiness and honesty, but for their dedication and commitment in fighting for the rights of their clients.
In 2002, the California General Election resulted in one of the firms founders, the Honorable Jon N. Kapetan, being elevated to the bench of the Fresno County division of the California Superior Court. We are proud of his accomplishments and thank the People of California for having faith in the character and integrity of our brother.
These traditions of honor, trustworthiness, dedication and commitment are why the People of the Central Valley put their trust in our legal system. In 2010 continuing with this tradition, Peter and Marc bring you the newly named Kapetan Brothers Law Firm LLP. It may be a new name and a new decade, but the tradition remains the same.
